Public Agreement

This agreement on the provision of information technology services is a public contract of accession, which establishes the procedure and conditions for accession to this Agreement. This Agreement is concluded between the Contractor and the Customer of information technology services by submitting an application for accession to this Agreement, which is posted on the Contractor's Website.
